January 9, 2023 – KIRKLAND, WA — Spectrum Effect®, an industry leader in automated, ML-driven analysis of radio access networks, today announced the appointment of Chance Mannina as its new Chief Revenue Officer. Chance will lead Spectrum Effect’s worldwide sales, all aspects of go-to-market, and sales operations.

Chance is a 25+ year veteran of the communications industry focused on bringing creative solutions to market. Chance was a founding CRO for B-Yond, an award-winning AI-based network customer experience software platform, as well as SVP of Global Sales for Netcracker, where he led them from a startup through its acquisition by NEC.
