February 14, 2022 – KIRKLAND, WA — Smart Axiata and Spectrum Effect® announced today that Spectrum-NET is fully integrated with the Smart Axiata automation platform.

With this integration, Spectrum-NET automatically generates trouble tickets for sites with PIM interference and faulty hardware and sources of external RF interference. Vital root cause information provided by Spectrum-NET enables issues to be resolved with surgical precision. Spectrum-NET is updated as field activities take place.

“Automation and network performance are top priorities for Smart Axiata,” commented Andrey Kuzin, CTO of Smart Axiata & CTO Strategy Lead in Axiata Group. “Spectrum-NET automates the analysis of RF interference within our network and is now fully integrated end-to-end with our processes and operations systems.”

“Smart Axiata has been an excellent partner for Spectrum Effect to cooperate with on this automation,” commented Spectrum Effect CEO, Charles Immendorf. “The work we have done with Smart is serving as a blueprint for the integration of Spectrum-NET with automation platforms with other operators.”
