September 20, 2016 – KIRKLAND, WA — Spectrum Effect®, a pioneer in mobile spectrum analytics and optimization, today announced The Telecom Council of Silicon Valley has selected the company to present at the Council’s signature TC3 (Telecom Council Carrier Connections) event on September 28, 2016.

The annual TC3 Summit facilitates relationships between startups building new technologies and telecom companies seeking fresh innovations. Spectrum Effect’s breakthrough solution, Spectrum-NET, will be showcased on the main stage at TC3 before an audience of telecom operators, vendors, venture capitalists, platform providers, startups and developers.
