As the Senior Technical Recruiter for our fast-paced high-tech startup, you will be charged with finding exceptional candidates who bring an entrepreneurial spirit, promising aptitude, domain expertise and tenacious attitude. You are responsible for guiding candidates through our hiring process and connecting them with this very unique opportunity with Spectrum Effect in San Pedro Garza Garcia, Mexico. You are creative and driven, with an interpersonal savvy that allows you to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and team members. From generating pipeline to maintaining a successful offer acceptance rate, you manage the entire candidate process.

The Senior Technical Recruiter position plans and administers policies relating to all phases of human resources activity, provides guidance to team members, looks after a safety environment and promotes initiatives to attract, develop and retain our team members.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize sales skills to entice high potential candidates to seek a career at Spectrum Effect and guide them through our hiring process
  • Partner with leadership and managers to gain a clear understanding of recruiting needs and organizational goals
  • Interview candidates based on various methods including structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions
  • Present detailed candidate profile summaries to managers and make recommendations regarding top qualified candidates
  • Manage a candidate pipeline from lead generation to accepted offer
  • Build and modify the hiring process for each role to deliver a great experience for both candidates and hiring managers
  • Achieve hiring targets and earn commission upon each successful hire
  • Keep up to date with recruitment trends and products
  • Act as the first point of contact for Employees and Managers seeking support in HR Policy & Processes.
  • Process HR-related transactions and perform planned special projects including projects related to employee benefits.
  • Working in a highly data sensitive environment, responsible for protecting Data Privacy at all time and adhering to confidentiality requirements to promote zero breach of compliance policies.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 Years of recruitment experience gained in a fast-paced environment in Tech/Software Industry
  • A proven track record of hiring capable engineers and other employees at a steady cadence for a growing technology company
  • Experience managing the full-cycle of recruiting and hiring
  • Ability to communicate effectively and effortlessly with candidates and internal stakeholders of all career levels.
  • Passion to work very hands on in a collaborative, high-tech, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle customer relationship management, provide strong customer consultative skills and work in a large-team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships. English proficiency is a requirement.
  • A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resource Management or Customer Service preferred.
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential and sensitive information.
