Project Manager

About Us
Spectrum Effect is an emerging company that aims to redefine how mobile operators address RF interference. Spectrum Effect has created a state-of-the-art software solution that performs machine learning-driven, automated analysis of RF interference for mobile operator networks around the world.
Job Location: Monterrey, Mexico
Responsibilities

Lead customer projects and collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and IT support to manage and meet customer expectations

Monitor project progress and set deadlines to ensure timely completion of projects

Anticipate and proactively address potential issues as they arise

Serve as the main point of contact for customers during a project

Maintain high quality of project deliverables

Capture and implement feedback provided by customers

Provide updates, communicate critical information, and escalate risks as appropriate to senior leadership

Maintain and update project related documents for customer and internal use
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of project management experience
- Able to lead cross-functional teams, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Resourceful and solution-oriented
- Able to think critically; curious to know how things work and why
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Able to gain customer trust, effectively manage customer expectations, and maintain a high degree of professionalism
- Interest in learning about the wireless communications industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, Asana, Confluence, or Hubspot is a plus
- PMP or CPM Certification not required but is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree
